Faster processing times is something that we are starting to see in some cases which is great. We know how important it is and how much all of you want to be able to get through your immigration journey as quickly as possible without an immigration cloud hanging over your head.
These faster processing times we are seeing specifically are in I-751, removal of conditions cases, and I-130 cases. We’re seeing decisions coming in a matter of months. That’s a trend we’re starting to see. We also have a lot of individuals in our Facebook group who are providing updates about approvals in their cases and faster processing times on those two case types: I-751 and I-130.
However, immigration processing times, the estimates that are available by USCIS, vary and one case can take a few months and the same type of case can take much longer. There’s a lot of uncertainty about how long a case will take when it starts because there are many variables. But this is a trend that we’re starting to see and in some case types. We hope that we see this trend continue and that we start to see other case types as well receiving a faster decision.
